reasons to get dropped from sorority rush ??

i rushed this fall and got dropped from almost every house. what's the major reasons girls get dropped ? because everyone i tell is really surprised i didn't get in a good house so i'm just wondering what it could be

Grades, attitude...were you at fraternity parties, etc. if you were consistently dropped from every house, it's probably grades or how you interacted with others...too outspoken, not outspoken enough....etc.

Maybe the issue is that you acted like you thought you were too good for a lot of the houses.

Sounds like you had invite options and chose not to pursue them. Prior posts all over GR indicate a very open mind is the best way to belong. It is okay to drop if you truly felt no connection with the women in the homes you had remaining, but sometimes one chance at being bid is all you will ever have and in that case you blew it. Re-rush next year, but keep in mind some homes may never be able to bid you as they previously cut you. Good luck and keep your options open.
