fraternities get re-orged all the time. not a big deal lol.

Yeah that's true, it could be not a big deal, but everything I've heard and from guys I've talked to it sounds like there's only going to be 4-5 left, is that even enough to keep recognition from the university?

They might as well shut down. Better than snitching on each other to make nationals richer.

Reorgs are patch-up jobs that usually come undone if not guided correctly. It would be smarter just to close the chapter and re-colonize in 4-5 years when all the former members graduate.
