honestly... tell me about the diversity!

Why is there close to zero women of color? do they not get a bid? or do they just not rush? As a woman of color, would I have a chance to get a bid?

Yes, there just isn't a lot of diversity at UO in general

I'm a person of color in a sorority and I know lots of other girls too. During rush it was just overwhelmingly white girls because UO is just mostly white. You definitely have a chance to get a bid, skin color has nothing to do with it

Check out Sigma Kappa. They are very proud of their diversity.

not sure what the implication is here

all of the houses are as diverse as they can be. A lot of these answers ring true-- UO is a pretty white campus because Oregon is a pretty white state and most students are in-state students.

I've recruited and worked on PHC, and I've never heard of or seen a case where a chapter discriminated against any potential new members based on race.
