trending houses: fall 2016

Trending Up:
Pi Phi and Chi O both had great PC's with tons of hot new members, but Pi Phi girls are now more wild and Chi O PC seemed to recruit harder for grades than in the past. Both had great rushes and are looking great to start the school year.
SAE should soon have a physical house for the first time in years, which means they should now be able to be relevant on campus again. Saw some SAE's walking to class and they were looking good ;)
Theta/GPhi/Tri Delt - with so many girls rushing, the bottom is going up as even the 'bottom tier' houses get to pick and be more exclusive than before. Three solid PC's.
Trending Down:
APhi is still the top house with DG on the campus, but this year they seem to have slipped ever so slightly during recruitment. The Phi PC really doesn't look any different from Kappa, DG, Pi Phi. Not their usual strong showing during rush.
DTD doesn't have Bel-Air anymore, so they no longer can have their one small party a weekend, making them irrelevant socially.
Just Trending:
Beta is still standing even though the school hates them. I haven't been to one of their parties, but I have read the news and had friends that have gone. Apparently they rage, which isn't news to anyone who was here last year. And they still have an insane frat mansion to live in. So we will hear from them plenty still. Dont get in too much trouble Beta Boys!
