do mansions matter?

How important is a nice house to other PNMs? I think it's a big draw considering you will live-in at some point. Does SK getting a house help them? What about Theta?

I was surprised how many frats don't have houses I want the full experience

SK & Theta bought business buildings, kind of a bummer but maybe they'll be pretty inside. Wish we could have true Greek Rows like other schools. The 2 former houses on 15th & Alder should be reclaimed by Greek

I heard that Theta's knocking down the building they bought and getting it rebuilt

SK's house was a fraternity house before it was used for a business. But it was completely gutted and is now beautiful - very modern and cool!
