Your Rho gams will be able to answer more detailed questions, but the leadership days you are given a shirt and you can wear whatever bottoms you want, depending on the weather, then philanthropy day wear some sort of cute shirt and either nice shorts or a skirt, or a romper, something cute but casual, with flats, and then sisterhood day wear a cute dress and wedges or heels you feel comfortable walking in, and then pref wear a cute dress that isn't like too businessy but also isn't super tight/low cut, preferably in a color that isn't white or black but that isn't a huge deal, like at that point they want you and the color of your dress isn't a make or break thing. Just wear clothes you're comfortable in that show your personal style
