rushing as a transfer?
by: TransferpnmI will be an almost 21 year old transfer student. Do I have any chance at getting a bid? Also how much will legacy and recs help me? I have legacy in two houses and can get recs in basically all of them but I know a lot of people don't even look at them. Any advice?
