phi psi: amazing parties everyone goes to, great liveouts, always a good time, lot of the older guys are hot, really cool looking house
beta: kicked off but still parties, amazing mansion
sae: california dudes, party but mainly with top sororities, possibly getting their house back this year but not 100%, it was being remodelled
sig ep: into sports, really frat, party hard and had some good liveouts but occasional scandal, decent house with a decent basement
sig chi: very portland, overrated tbh, have a house but never party in it
lambda: known for their basement parties, trying to bring back their themed thurdays, off probation and survived shasta so, their house is really cool with a huge basement
sig nu: guys you'd date, but not really go party with, idk if they have a house
dtd: smart guys, known for being progressive and accepting, cool house they dont party in
others?? these are really just the relevant houses sorry if i missed some
