Chi Os are so irrelevant! They are below Kappa at this point and a million times less involved. The only thing they're holding onto is an old reputation.

I house toured at Theta, Tri Delt, KD, Kappa, and AXO, and of those 5 I would say all of the houses are on the same playing field except for AXO since they have the fancy stairs and 1st floor.
