as far as upper-mid-tier goes,
axo, kappa, and pi phi are pretty interchangeable except for what they're known for
kappa girls can chill and rage, typically sporty. Down to earth, criticized for having girls who look like dudes (but these three houses have a pretty equal mix of hot girls and other girls)
pi phi has smart, more prim girls. Beautiful house, great grades. Don't rage as much which is their biggest criticism. take themselves too seriously.
axo has typically been really mixed (which is still their biggest criticism) but lately has had a lot hotter and cooler girls than before. They rage somewhere between pi phi and kappa I would say.

the only people who think axo is at the same level as kappa or pi phi is axo. In terms of looks they don't have as many pretty girls as pi phi or kappa and are mediocre in terms of involvement/grades/raging.
