depends on why you want to stay. I know girls who love phi and stayed or didn't find it to be a good fit and dropped. The girls who dropped still have great friendships (not really with ex-sisters but that's pretty case-by-case) but have good social lives, which at this point, is mostly what greek life is about. You'll be fine either way, but ask yourself why you're staying.
That goes for anyone in any house.
