what will happen to beta's house?

How long are they kicked off UO's campus and is there really any unhoused fraternity with the numbers needed to occupy that massive place. I am guessing if the rumors are true about theta chi moving into Lambda's house Lamdba may try to claim it. What are your thoughts?

Beta is continuing to live in their house until 2018 when they can recharter.

Betas house isn't owned by a landlord or nationals, its owned by their alumni from oregon. those guys will never let another house besides beta live in that house even if it means they lose money...

Lambda just signed a new two year renewed lease on the theta chi house. They never considered beta.
