I heard as a final FU to the school Beta is throwing one last rager in the chapter house for them to totally wreck before the school takes it. Has anyone else heard about this?

Yeah you are dumb. We own the house, we will have it for the rest of this year and years to come. Officially back on campus fall 2018.
