Not a bottom house per se but definitely not top just a solid middle. Parties were pretty dry and so were the brothers. It’s an ok house I guess, and you’ll most likely get a bid here even if your an awkward stick

Nobody got kicked out. Leases expired when the owning chapters recolonized. Please see a professional about your undying hate for a chapter that is still going strong despite your repeated posts. Frankly, it’s annoying and getting old.

Beta and Theta Chi are better than Lambdas. Lambdas had to rent their houses and both kicked Lambdas to the streets the past couple of years. Lambdas have been telling everyone the past five years that they are building a new house. I’m graduating this year and won’t ever see their “new house” lol

It’s been five plus years since Lamdba said they were going to build a new chapter house. They say the same thing every year that it’s going to be built this year. I heard it as a freshman four years ago and now I have officially graduated without seeing their chapter house being built. Lol
