Just like your lease on that trailer where you reside in your moms back yard. People don’t drop lambda. Plain and simple. Their retention rate is amazing. Go pitch your hate somewhere else. They are big and popular…even without a house.

Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 2.5 Had a friend in Lambda that dropped because he was tired of all the bs in this house. It’s honestly shocking they’ve maintained their popularity, despite losing their chapter house to Beta. I figure part of the reason is because they mention how they’re building a new chapter house and that it’ll be ready any day now. I’ve heard that for like 3 years lol, I doubt it’s actually gonna happen. Anyways they throw down hard but their Brotherhood is meh. They’re basically the new SigEp.
