@Honest, I'll be more honest. We haven't had SAE's living in our house since before 2008, when we just got colonized and just got the house back. back then we didnt have 30 members to put in rooms because we were a colony, so some SAE's the guys were friends with rented rooms here. We attended almost every philanthropy this year and the only one I can think of that we didnt was A-Splash, which was the same day as our centennial banquet. We've had our problems, yes, but other chapters have had way worse ones. We had the most fraternity men in ASUO for the last administration and have people doing other great stuff on and off campus, which is more than I can say for some other chapters. We're not the best but we're not bad by any stretch of the imagination. Also to whoever boosted our polls so obviously and stupidly, you're as dumb as this entire site. I only came on because someone told me some fool thought he knew what he was saying about us and he clearly didn't.

Alright let me set it straight to most people on this campus Phi Delt is non existent, except for the fact they have a sick location. Next I have to think they are having some serious problems from what I have heard they had SAE's living in their house last year that is pretty sad. If everyone was actually being 'honest' here they would have to rank as one of the lowest houses on campus. I never see them at philanthropy events or anywhere on campus really. Just a sad sad house.

to "lies" I am a member and yes, we do own our house. it's owned by the delta sigma corporation, which is made up of phi delt alumni from our chapter. we sublease it to steve frischette and he manages the money and turns a profit from doing so. as long as we're a nationally recognized chapter we can live there as long as we want to. steve doesn't renew the lease, WE do. and we do so because he's good at property management and makes things easier for us. do some research next time.

Sure a little awkward at times, but a solid group of guys in this house. Weed out a few of the bad ones and recruit some good leaders, and I wouldn't be surprised to see this house at the top in the near future.

Great guys, not very well known but they're working on it. I'd rather party with them than some of the other chapters, that's for sure. I have faith that they'll be as big as most of the rest by the time I graduate :) <3 phi delt

I heard they got kicked out of their house recently, but I'm really not surprised...
