Over the past two years I've noticed this chapters growth both in new members and around campus. Had a couple conversations with them, all seem like really nice down to earth dudes.

Rushing them was an absolute chore. No interest in potential new members (especially non-traditional rushers) and seemed to put themselves on a pedestal. Their brotherhood and social aspect seem great, but ultimately these guys are a prime example of having no humility when a few simple changes to their overall attitude could make them more positively viewed by all on campus.

Guys are always aggressively drunk which is very off putting. Not really the smartest guys but for sure have some good looking guys

this house is really boring. they rarely have open parties and only mix with aphi. that might make them top but the 11 other sororities and majority of frats have no clue who these guys are. everyone likes SAE, FIJI and Sigep because they mix with all houses.
