Betas and Theta Chi are better than Lambdas because they kicked loser Lame-duhs out of their chapter houses just like the university of Oregon kicked lambdas out of their original chapter house and uses it as office now. Hahahaha! Lambdas will forever be a bunch of homeless bums.

Chi O’s are some of the most disrespectful people in campus. It’s actually crazy how they still think they’re a top house after they’ve fallen off so hard. You can’t be top of you’re rude to everyone and people hate you :/
