typical frat boys. almost all of them are pretentious boys from the bay area that make you cringe when they tryto talk to you. they have the nicest house on campus but the worst group of people

they went from top house to suspended in under a year, at least they went out with a bang. when they come back theyll be back on top for sure but it was the best house on campus while it lasted

you either love or hate sig ep. they have huge parties and sweet guys but their reputation is not the best for whatever reason. the guys are nice and super social I dont see whats not to like sig ep 9/10 for me
