What a load of made up bs. Lambda is moving in fall 2021. They have plenty of members to “fund it” since alums donate the money for buildings. As for a house next year...no ones gonna use them. Guarantee you beta goes under soon. Low numbers before they took their house back and weak rush for next year looks apparent.

Ngl this house is on the come up. Their party scene was actually really good last year and hopefully after the pandemic they'll be throwing a lot more especially since Sig Ep is gone now and Lambda is losing their house. Got to meet a few of the guys in Eugene and they're actually such chillers. Definitely a lot of EDM but these guys just like to vibe and have a good time. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you guys and you better keep those parties up!
