Upper-middle tier. Big membership so it's harder to rate them as one cohesive house. Most girls are very nice, tend to be more interesting people than average. Reputation for being smart with a good social scene. Not quite as popular as APhi or KKG but they're well-liked.

Not seen as a popular house but generally good reputation. People like them for the most part and their parties are reportedly pretty solid. Small and no house hurts them but they're a good option.

Not quiiite seen as on par with Lambda and (formerly) SAE but idrk why. Pretty much universally liked and good reputation for being fun to be around. Good social scene, good parties, chill and good-looking guys.
