I love Kappas, they are adorable and a respectable sorority as well. They seem to know how to have a good time from what I've heard. Honestly, I have never met a Kappa that I didn't like. Almost chose them during recruitment.

maybe they aren't the most attractive house. but overall they are average overall concerning looks. not bad. but not good. met a couple of great fun gphis but i know a couple who aren't. balances it self out

to below comment, i wouldn't be surprised if people outside phi gave them straight 5s. they're pretty popular among certain groups on campus, "bad reputation" or not

clearly they are self ranking due to the number of comments and straight 5s. may be a top house but they dont have a good reputation on campus

These girls are not very classy, and not very well-liked on campus. Wouldn't doubt if the positive comments are self-rankers.
