There are so many unique girls but they are all so welcoming and inviting. Theta just joined campus and they have been overwhelming friendly toward them and have helped them out in many ways. They did great during recruitment this year and after only 3 years I think they are going to quickly become one of the best on campus. I also think they raised a ton of money for their philanthropy.

hands down a top house. they're changing their reputation from being absent on campus, to getting more involved. they're hot, fun and know how to party. some are too into themselves, but those girls can be easily looked over.

to "lies" I am a member and yes, we do own our house. it's owned by the delta sigma corporation, which is made up of phi delt alumni from our chapter. we sublease it to steve frischette and he manages the money and turns a profit from doing so. as long as we're a nationally recognized chapter we can live there as long as we want to. steve doesn't renew the lease, WE do. and we do so because he's good at property management and makes things easier for us. do some research next time.

DTD is full of intelligent guys. Although in terms of their social lives...the majority of them all fall short. None of them know how to party and when it comes to being in a fraternity that is important. You go to school/classes/library to learn. You join a fraternity to balance academics with a great social scene. Unfortunately DTD offers support in only one of these realms.
