Alright let me set it straight to most people on this campus Phi Delt is non existent, except for the fact they have a sick location. Next I have to think they are having some serious problems from what I have heard they had SAE's living in their house last year that is pretty sad. If everyone was actually being 'honest' here they would have to rank as one of the lowest houses on campus. I never see them at philanthropy events or anywhere on campus really. Just a sad sad house.

Ok so first who takes reviews like those below serious? lol anyways Ok so these guys are cool, fun and overall respectful. Definitely rated too low here they are a respectable middle class house here. They're relatively new and just getting started but I think alot of their guys are both respectable and ready to rage. Overall their rating is too low.

This house does not look back and say , "I should have, would have , could have." They just go for it. Great alumni, great presence on campus, proud to be a part of the U of greek system. When you think of a fraternity ,Beta offers something to everyone. Well rounded, good guys, enjoying their four years of college, preparing to go out and be leaders.
