Don't know why they're ranked so low, definitely a upper-middle to top tier house. Kappa's are very involved, social, and competitive...which probably accounts for the large amount of haters.

It is really interesting to me that Alpha Phi has 100 rates and the rest have like 60....seems to me as though Alpha Phi is trying to use this as a tool before recruitment to make girls think they are superior. Unfortunately, they are the least classy house who rely on being fake blonde with a spray tan to get ahead in life. I would NEVER want to be a part of anything like that.

these girls are working so hard to bring their chapter up. they have been present at every event and always have a smile on their faces. i hope they have a great recruitment season!

They're involved and the girls seem nice at first, but it has seemed that a lot of them are wrapped up in themselves and are very fake to non-KDs. But that just means they have good sisterhood

there are some great girls in this house of course but there is no balance, which is what you'll find in better houses. near the bottom but i prefer them to gphi or tri delt.
