Kappas are sodown to earth and are a top house because they don't had a complex or attitude towards girls in other houses. Mix of hot and average girls but so is every other house!

Good house, good guys, and a great location. As a freshman sorority girl last year I had a pinning with SAE spring term and they all came off as really nice. I also partyed with them a bit. I feel like maybe their house should be ranked higher? I dunno.
