I gave them top scores because they're a top house. It doesn't matter how hard they party (although they do) or how hot they are (there are hot girls). Bad reps gave this house a bad name, when they're actually nice. I have several friends in this house and I've loved going out with them.

not what a top house should be categorized as. they are known for being "easy", "alpha phi all for free". lack class immensely and are popular with frat guys for a reason. i've heard lots about how the older girls dont talk to younger girls. their sisterhood is faltering, shape up or ship out phis.

def needs to establish themselves before they get on that high horse. they have potential to be great, but for now the girls i've met have been rude and acted super stuck up. as for sisterhood, who knows. I don't really see many of them on campus either.. it's like they hide. I'd like to see them get more involved and more social. they can do it, they just need to try.

@thesis I imagine thats only because they lost half their chapter when their founders graduated last year. That and not having a house probably forces them to. All in all great guys, they don't party the hardest but still have fun and are pretty good looking for the most part. Very involved in FSL
