not what a top house should be categorized as. they are known for being "easy", "alpha phi all for free". lack class immensely and are popular with frat guys for a reason. i've heard lots about how the older girls dont talk to younger girls. their sisterhood is faltering, shape up or ship out phis.

def needs to establish themselves before they get on that high horse. they have potential to be great, but for now the girls i've met have been rude and acted super stuck up. as for sisterhood, who knows. I don't really see many of them on campus either.. it's like they hide. I'd like to see them get more involved and more social. they can do it, they just need to try.

sig chi has this rep for being really classy but i don't see it. clearly not that hard to get a bid there from what i can see, some really not attractive guys.

If we could stop referring to sigma pi as "up and coming" that'd be great...they've been around for a minute and have a house unlike legitimately up and coming chapters (kappa sig, sig nu). they have an established reputation and honestly it's not a good one. also the comment about them being "damn hot" was clearly self ranking.

as of recent i'd say chi o is hotter than dg. the house definitely has a party girl rep and they're all really fun. top tier but not as involved as other houses, if that matters to you.

DTD boys are the best! They're all super friendly and generous. Definitely had the most fun there, laid-back partying that's not over the top, but it is still fun. Favorite frat to go to.
