Phi psi is NOT a top house. improving, sure, but right now it's a ton of random guys trying really hard to pull of what they think "fratty" is, and it comes off that way. some great guys in this house but on the whole, no.

agree with the below ranking. I'm also a junior and they really were awful our freshman year. definitely started to improve once they got theta's old house, that's obvious, but i really don't think they're as good as what everyone's saying, they're just such a mixed bag right now. give it a couple of years and maybe they'll be up there with the top tier but as of right now i don't see it.

There newer pledge classes have gotten on average really attractive. From what I've seen they're also super involved and love to party. Every a chi o I've ever met I've really liked. I also really like how they're such a diverse group of girls, every one I've ever met was different from the other but still thought they were chill. Def top mid tier fersure

I'm not in sorority life but have friends that are.. And they've always told me that Pi Phi is the house everyone wants after recruitment is all said and done aka many regret not joining their house. They seem to be incredibly well-rounded. Sweet, social and many are very pretty. They have my respect !
