Living in an apartment complex is not the same thing as having a chapter house, I don't care how many of your members live there. Until they put their letters on a house their reputation will reflect their unhoused status.

Their social life is a joke. They were drinking in the house WITH the blinds open and the cops came in and gave members and a bunch of dudes (cause thats all they invited) MIPS and allowing/furnishing to minors.. But yet they are the top house with grades? I think DTD years of being "perfect" are over and it's quite obvious.

Apparently DTD just invited a bunch of random dudes to their initiation party...ended up getting rolled by the police and every single live-in member in the house got an MIP. This speaks to their amateur status when it comes to social life.

Don't give the four rankings below any weight. This is a great group of guys who know how to have a good time. I've partied with them several times this year and they're not only fun but the majority of them are very good looking as well. Just brought in a great new pledge class... definitly a top 3 house on campus

bellow comments are ridiculous. I was actually at that party, clearly it was not all "random dudes"...if you believe that you are an idiot, it was drunk freshman that got the cops called. they're still top in grades and have really involved guys, yea they party but I don't see what's wrong with that.
