I wouldn't say they're the lowest of the lowest, but they definitely have room for improvement. They've been pretty involved with other philanthropies this year and won a couple which means they're doing something right. They have a handful of really attractive, fun girls but the majority are known for being anti social or awkward. They have a Theta mixture of girls. I've seen a lot of their pledge class out at parties too

my favorite fraternity on campus. they are really active on campus and are really smart, guys are ok but are really nice and are gentlemen

This house has literally soared to the top. A couple years ago, they were not even known by many and were hated by those who did know them. Now they are literally the complete opposite. They are by far the most involved with philanthropies and such like AnchorSplash, Chi Olympics, Diamond Days and even others. The house is run mostly by their sophomores who are for the most part attractive, athletic, involved, and just good guys. With other top houses slipping, Lambda will be top house soon
