Strong pc but they dropped half of the kids for little stuff. Focused on status and parties and kinda grades. Decent chapter house, meh location. Sororities like them but other frats not as much. A lot of shallow dudes and some cool ones

Not top since they got kicked off. Haven't been doing a ton and a weaker pc than they're used to but this is kinda what they are now. Rough pledge process. Still fun parties, super nice house, some cool guys, popular. Looking like they'll slowly fade off like Sig Ep but still good for now

The new pc is overall chill and very attractive. Definitely fun girls and have not had a negative experience with kappa. I’m interested to see where the house goes.
