Although there are some guys in here who are good guys to get to know a lot are uptight, fake, and full of themselves. There are so damn many of them compared to the other frats it’s hard to actually make decent friendships. Average Typical Organization ATΩ

ATO is one of the largest frats on campus which shows their good character considering how many members they lost in the cleanout which many other frats underwent ten years ago. They boast larger pledge classes than most other fraternities who struggle in this regard. Because of their large size, they tend to have the most parties (at least within the last year) since they have many off-campus houses that throw down. They also have very good open parties and tend to be very inviting to their guests. They’re parties tend to be high in quantity but pretty good in quality with a few great rangers a semester. They’re members are balanced individuals so you’ll end up liking quite a few of them due to their outgoing and friendly nature, even to guys who rush but choose another frat or don’t go Greek. They seem to carry themselves more seriously than other frats as they’re very involved in campus and often you’ll be in an organization with one without knowing they’re in a frat. They seem to be focused on faith life since many of their members are active within their churches, especially the catholic brothers in the catholic society. They’ve had their scandals like other frats but have been building up good credit by being a respectable presence on campus. They seem to do well with other sororities especially kkg and chi o which seems to be hanging out with more ato’s than sig chi’s which use to not be the case. They get along with most other frats and you’ll often see them hanging out with other Greeks especially delts. Some of their members seem to have low commitment which hurts the image of the frat but since most brothers are very active they outshine they’re less active brothers. Overall a well balanced frat with good leadership and high standards, which is no wonder they seem to have claimed the top spot over other Greek houses. Even though they may like this, it seems like they want other frats to grow as well since they don’t want to be the only frat on campus.

Great fraternity with great guys. Very involved on campus and overall good social aspect. Can see why they have the most members of any other fraternity at Hillsdale

Fun guys to be around and are well respected. They are super involved on campus and are involved with a great charity organization.

ATO is the biggest fraternity because it’s easy to rush and very low commitment. Some of the brothers barely know each other which is probably why they rarely do anything as a fraternity like parties or philanthropy. Overall not worth paying dues to join.

Very solid group of guys, well respected on campus and very active in the community. As a sorority member, they are frequently invited to events and rarely cause problems while still being fun to be around. Probably top on campus over sig chi by just a bit due to their involvement and genuine niceness.

Solid group of guys very fun to hang out with. They obtain brain by studying and also being very good looking as well. The have established dominance as the top chapter on campus and remain a favorite among the girls. If you go Greek, ATO is the way to go.

They've gotten a lot better over previous years. Do some decent raging now, get the most pledges on campus and have a pretty solid rep. They're over sigma chi at this point in the hearts and minds of campus

If the phrases “minimal commitment”, “everyone’s welcome”, and “basic frat bro” are things that you find attractive, then ATO is certainly the frat for you. Their only rush strategy is giving out free beer to Freshman so just maybe you won’t notice their lack of personality. Also they have completely failed to fill the party vacuum left by Sig Chi and Beach Party last year was a massive flop. Even their recently graduated alumni despise them because “All they care about now is drinking and chasing tail, and they suck at both.” Go to their parties for the free beer and then go somewhere else.

It will be interesting to see the direction of the fraternity this year as most all their notable guys (except the loveable JT) have graduated. They are a solid bunch of guys who never can seem to do take advantage of the situation and be "top-house". They live for greek week, but would be less competitive if they didn't bid basketball players. An odd mix, but they love each other. Seems to be the frat you join later in your semester, after you settle down and establish yourself on campus. Low key but high key brotherhood. 3/5
