update this site: fraternities

The current fraternity listing needs to be updated. Kappa Alpha Order needs to be added to the list and the following fraternities need to be removed or listed as "INACTIVE.....

Delat Sigma Phi
Lambda Chi Alpha
Theta Chi

Plus, keep in mind that a new Fraternity(s) will be added to this list within the next 2 years.
