by: JPThey know who's getting their bids before they even move in. How much $$ parents make a year is always looked at so don't rush unless mommy and/or daddy make at least 200k a year. Legacy is rarely considered and they had to switch rush to fall so HPU's retention rate would go up because so many transfer.
