In all seriousness, make sure they didnt drop due to GPA. That could be why some didnt take you.

Spring rushing is more selective especially now that this was the biggest rush group about almost 400 girls went through so almost all if not all sororities met their quota for the year. You can definitely go for it, if you believe you’ll stand out enough go to their events and see if they are open to recruiting you in the spring.

Unfortunately, once you accept your bid, even if you drop before initiation, you CANNOT rush until a year has passed. You can’t participate in spring recruitment. The next one you could do is fall 19.

Not all the chapter do spring recruitment. They only do it If they need a few more girls to reach quota so most of the time it depends on how many of their girls are graduating in December. There is no formal recruitment in the spring. If a chapter is doing spring recruitment you will know because they will post events on their social media pages. You will then have to attend these events and hope to stick out. Most of the time the spring pledge classes are very small so it can be more difficult to get a bid in the spring. ALSO as someone already said If you received a bid from a chapter, whether you accepted it or not, you cannot receive another bid from another chapter for a full year. So if you were given a bid at all this semester you cannot get another bid till fall 2019. If you dropped recruitment before receiving a bid, you are eligible for spring recruitment.
