by: Pnm droppedI got dropped from almost all during first cuts. But... how did I get trisig and Alpha phi on philanthropy round..? Like that just shows the whole system is dumb. Complete opposites.

EXACTLY what happened to me! I heard BOTH Tri Sig AND Alpha Phi are desperate for numbers! If they don’t reach the amount of girls needed I heard they have a day or so after recruitment to give out runner up/desperate bids to literally anyone! Yeah no thanks to that! You couldn’t pay me to be in either organization. Plus I’d feel like I was just some leftover girl they really never wanted but took Bc they had to.
System is flawed and ridiculous!! So many girls dropped out of recruitment Bc they didn’t get Pi Phi. ZTA or AXID!

The girl rushing me in aphi definitely told me 30 seniors graduated so they're accepting a lot of girls... so I believe to some extent they were desperate for numbers haha

The real question is WHY WAS ALPHA PHI TELLING GIRLS HOW MANY THEY COULD TAKE??

HI, SO in my chapter we HAVE to drop every girl after the first round if they do not have our GPA requirement. It is not a choice, it is something we have to do according to our national bylaws. So even if we absolutely love a girl we have to drop them if they do not have our GPA requirement.

Please dont believe rumors. That is not true at all. If any sororities do not recieve enough women, they go through what is called continous open bidding. It is like the spring bidding process. Nobody just picks everyone. I am glad you did not go into either organization, because you seem like an extremely stuck up brat who only cares about labels.
