I would say this is all accurate but switch kappa sig and pike. Theta chi is gonna be UN beatable and Kappa Sig is the only one with a shot at catching up. Fiji will probably be on the lower end of the top tier again in a semester two. My projection is in order, these are the only frats that will last: theta chi, kappa sig, Fiji/pike, sigma pi.

Phi Delt has only had partys with theta chi so far, they aren’t lit without them. FIJI has great involvement unlike Phi Delt
