Most frats look down on these guys because they can't compete in anything including INTERMURALS, social status, and original events. At least they could try and be good at community relations or grades but that would mean laying off the grass so won't happen anytime soon.

Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Old Dominion University - ODU 1.0 Probably the worst Fraternity on campus. Only girls who like them are Pi Phi and that's cause FIJI buys all the booze for their initiation parties. No clue how they are the highest rated at ODU, probably just a bunch of self ranks.
