Majority of Alpha Phi's are super great girls, but the other majority are so judgemental and caught up in their looks and what everyone thinks of them that it kind of just ruins the name for the Chapter as a whole. They always have a lot of sister participation, but it comes across as forced. If you like getting ready everyday, and always looking your best then this is a great sorority, but if you just like to be you, then I don't recommend it.

I actually liked these girls during the rounds, but ever since recruitment I have constantly heard these girls bad mouthing other sororities, especially Alpha Phi, for being "catty"-seems a little hypocritical to me...Practically nonexistent on campus. I'm sure these girls are nicer than this, they just might wanna watch their mouths-bad mouthing other sororities doesn't exactly make people think so highly of you.

I initiated these guys, and they were all very nice and down to earth. Overall, a good representation of what a fraternity should be. Great brotherhood, scholarship, and service. Check them out.

First off anyone who says this chapter gets the "leftovers" of pnms is wrong. Delta Zeta recruits girls who fit in with the sisterhood, not based on who can be plastic. The sisterhood is one of a kind and has some of the most geniune women to make up the chapter. As for the comments about looks for the chapter... ALL of the women are beautiful whether you see it or not. Greek life is about finding your home away from home and with DZ that's what the sisters find.

Just average. Not bottom, but not top tier. newer pledge classes are getting better, but need to work on involvement on campus. Overall nice girls, not the prettiest, but not bad. Have some individuals who stand out as catty and not aware of their actual standing on campus. Feel like they will do well in fall 13 recruitment, but don't know if they can ever join ZTA/PI PHI/APHI as far as popularity and rep on campus. Party, but at the not so popular frats.

Most down to earth and genuine group of girls. Most recent pledge class is super hot, and a little wild. Deffinitely girls that like to have fun, but at the same time always look good, no matter what they're wearing. Really passionate about their philanthropy and have a strong Sisterhood. All around amazing girls to be around!
