The majority are nice girls. Some girls think they are total divas and think that they run campus, which is a bit annoying.... Looks are improving but their personalities are declining. Used to be all really nice down to earth girls. Now some are rude. Overall, their sorority has the chance to move up in rankings and I think they'll do well this recruitment.

Two years ago they were the known as the hottest and the most elite. However, now they are becoming more and more like AZD (average) look-wise because their latest pledge classes haven't been very impressive. I think with their looks going down, their personalities are getting better. Recruitment this year will be interesting to see what type of girls they get.

I am not in a sorority and don't ever plan on becoming one, but I have a lot of friends from different sororities including two of my roommates both in ZTA. If I had to join one I would hands down join Delta Zeta. These girls demonstrate what sororities need to be represented as active, diverse, kind, and down to earth. I always see them around campus and they just seem to be the most genuine sorority girls on campus.

I agree with ODU15. I guess they desperately needed new girls to why they did a spring rush and that pledge class by far beat out their fall pledge class with looks and personality after hanging out with a few of them. If they keep that up maybe they can go back to what they really were when I attended the university as an undergrad.

Very nice and sweet girls. A true genuine sisterhood that seems hard to find in the other sororities. Too bad most girls who rush also care about looks, so they over look DZ as being great. They have the potential to do amazing things on campus, but I don't see them moving up in the rankings anytime soon.
