They've risen to top tier within the past few years, but don't seem to only go after looks alone like APhi does. Known as the party sorority which comes back and taints their image from time to time. They're somewhere between Alpha Phi's hot level and Pi Phi's girl next door level.

Easily top tier due to looks alone. They have always been top tier and most selective because of this. They are good at recruitment but it is a bit of an act. Their sisterhood is decent, I hear there's some drama here and there but that's just like every sorority. Some are really sweet, but a large majority are the type of girls who only associate with other people that they think are on their level. So they aren't very warm and friendly to those who aren't in their circle of friends.

Average run of the mill sorority on campus. Some really cool girls mixed with some weird ones. They used to have a serious issue with not being nice to other sororities. I think this has improved a little bit, but they are still known for being a bit reclusive and just being kind of in the background. They do seem to have a lot of internal chapter spirit though, so that's cool.

Great group of guys, all funny as hell and party's are A1

I love theta chi! Such a great frat. Good guys, good alcohol, and good parties. Definitely the best at ODU

The brothers are a little awkward at parties. Parties tend to be more of a hang out than an actual party. Bad jungle juice, tastes really weird.

Now, i do agree that Delta Zeta Has been struggling, but that's only because people say they're worse than they actually are. There are a lot of cute, fun girls who are overlooked by the people who constantly judge the sorority as a whole. However I do know that they have been doing better with the last couple of pledge classes. The things they have coming this year, can be a game changer. I'm excited to see what these girls are capable of doing to climb up the ladder.

Banners or not, everyone that actually knows this GREAT group of guys, knows that they wouldnt ever hurt anyone. Clearly a bad joke blown out of proportion. I will continue to hang with them regardless. Love my boys!! :)
