As a senior and sister in another chapter on campus I would say that DZ is improving. They are much more social than before and more friendly. I see more of them on campus more often. They could use some help with PR and social media and doing more events on campus but overall they are great girls. Rock recruitment this year!

I'm kinda disappointed hearing all the rumors about them but then experiencing it first hand. They are so mean to each other if my mother heard what was coming out of their mouths she would be disgusted as much as I was. Stop bashing other sororities, all you do is post about going greek without that mindset!

I have noticed that a couple of them take to twitter when they get frustrated or upset which makes their sisterhood look bad but thats not true at all. They for the most part they really get along and are pretty cool. They need help with things like PR and coordinating their events but over great group.

The way they treat each other is degrading. Everything is a popularity contest within their sisterhood. I have a few close friends in Alpha Phi and hearing how they only focus on certain sisters and exclude ones that they are not friends with is sad. Most of them don’t even want to be in it anymore and seeing how my friends are treated because they are not part of the “in crowd” IN THEIR OWN SORORITY is sad. If you are thinking alpha phi you should read some of this advice and take it seriously because yes they are pretty and fun but everything they do for recruitment is an act and after recruitment they will go back to being fake.
