Ok this is how it is heading into the fall straight up:

Top: sigep, pike, dchi
Upper mid: phi psi, Fiji, Delt, TKE
Middle: Lambda chi, Ato
Bottom mid: Alpha sig, sig nu
Bottom: Pikapp, phi delt, sae, sig chi

your name says it all. That is just how it is. And the 5 tier instead of 3 tier makes it much more accurate.
