The elite eight does not exist anymore. There are maybe two of those chapters that are top tier. Everyone's reputation is from 6 years ago and damn things have changed since then.

Top 5 Fraternities: Pike, SigEp, Delta Chi, Delt, Lambda Chi.
Top 5 Sororities: Kappa, Pi Phi, DG, Alpha Phi, Fuzzie. No one else is even worth mentioning.

Anyone who thinks the 8 surviving members of Phi Tau makes top 5 is out of there mind.
