Idk about phi psi being that high. They are more feminine than most sororities on campus. and Teke before Fiji and Delt..get real.

This whole "tier" thing is ridiculous in my opinion, just leave them be. Its like a popularity contest in high school all over again. I mean yeah, some may be better than others overall, but every fraternity has their own strong aspects.
