Delta Gamma - ΔΓ Sorority Ratings at BGSU

They’re doing a lot better than before. They were top tier but after the bullying incident got pushed to mid and then AOPi got raised to mid from bottom. / Pros: Much more positively involved on campus than before. Known for having fun parties. They’re a good time. Win Greek Week and Greek Sing a lot. Decent sisterhood. / Cons: So unfriendly when they aren’t being fake nice. They used to only recruit girls who were dancers. They don’t interact with other chapters as well but are nice to their own. Super un-selective since the incident because no one wants to join. Not a popular choice any more. / DGs are making a lot of headway and I’m hoping they continue to improve! They don’t deserve the really bad rep (unlike the fuzzies or KKG who totally do for being rude). They’re turning it around, they just really need to be friendlier.

LOVEE this group of girls! They’re always so nice to our chapter and friendly whenever I see them. They do a great job of recruiting PNMs as well.

This chapter has come along way. They recruit girls who are intelligent, kind, and enjoy sisterhood. They are very inclusive and can make anyone feel welcome in their presence.

I love this chapter. The girls are so nice and funny. I feel like they have such a unique group of people.

Absolutely LOVE the DG girls. They are super outgoing, and very friendly. Don’t let their looks fool you- they are SO INTELLIGENT, and have one of the highest GPA requirements for sororities on campus. Their new executive board is so hard working and driven. Over half of their chapter hold a position, the ya re very dedicated to bettering their chapter. These girls are definitely making a come back despite the “situation.” I’m super excited to see where these girls take their sisterhood this year!

Delta Gamma is a great chapter on campus and I feel like others try and tear them down without even knowing them. They’re so sweet and they have so much philanthropy that involves the entire BG community not just students. Overall a great group to join if you’re looking for the best college experience with some real best friends.

I’m happy DG is headed in a better direction & their new exec board seems very strong!! It’s exactly what DG has needed from everything that’s happened this year

i really like DGs and i think they’re super nice! i just felt like during recruitment they were pressuring girls to join (bc half of them got kicked out for bullying) and said things like “we have an open room!!” or “you can move in next semester if you join!!” totally not an okay thing to say, but i really think they were just scared to get fined.. i really hope their new members turn this chapter around!

This is definitely one of the best sororities on campus. All around some of the realest girls on campus. Super fun and genuine. They win greek weekend almost every year and have raised more money than most chapters on campus for their philanthropy. Great group of girls. I feel bad some girls are so pressed about their sorority that they feel the need to try and tear it down.

If your going Greek this fall and looking here for help- DON’T. This site is used to bash on other chapters to make them look bad. Enjoy recruitment and go through each round basing how YOU FEEL when you meet the women not what you read online. All of the chapters have something amazing to offer to Bgsu’s community. Enjoy the process and trust what you feel not what you read. #antibullying
