Phi psi.....you are not and never will be top tier. Sorry but you're all too weird and none of you are truly attractive. You are boring and you bring very odd people to your parties. Fraternity guys do not go on Greek Rank to rate and if they did it it wouldn't be a 5 star rank for these group of ladies. They are weird girls and more of the manly girls on campus.
