DPhiE is the definition of work hard, play hard. Overall, the chapter focuses a lot on prioritizing academics and most sisters are really motivated in their studies. There can be some drama, but that is going to happen in any sorority. You won't be friends with every single person, but everyone is friendly and you will quickly find the ones who are similar to you. Everyone is welcomed with open arms and joining this sisterhood was the best decision. Sisters truly care about the philanthropies and a lot of hard work goes into planning and executing those events. I think sometimes they are known for their looks, but they stopped focusing on that and created a sisterhood full of genuine girls who will bring something to the chapter.

dphie is full of internal fighting within. they treat their new members awfully. they use manipulation tactics to draw you in during recruitment and make you love them, then after they get you to join and pay money, they ignore you and do not speak to you after. join any other sorority on campus other than this one.

Phi Sig is easily the top sorority on campus. They’re not mean like deephers or weird like sig delt. They’re the only ones who are actually social with the frats. They’re closer with Phi Delt but now that Kappa Sig is back on campus they’ve been getting really involved with them too.
