D Chi is pretty boring. They mostly throw "wacky wednesday" parties, which usually are a bunch of weird dudes creeping around. Their dance room gets insanely hot and their bathrooms are disgusting. There are a few hot guys mixed in the crowd but not many. They throw some bigger parties every once in awhile but it's usually crawling with not so cute girls. Over all this is a very average frat, it wouldn't be a first choice but it's not bad to go to on a Wednesday.

Let me just say I have been there a few times and every time I have gone to one of their "parties" they're blasting country music, they're crawling with cowboy hats and boots. Not so frat and their parties are jammed with us GDI loser girls who look like half of them have downs. Ew.

One of the best for sure. They are all gentlemen, they are all polite every time I've been to their house. They know how to have a good time. They have a great brotherhood.

Everytime I go here I get harassed by some guy. Most of them are fine, they're really awkward though. I wouldn't hang out with them outside of their parties.

Phi Delt is the only fraternity on campus who allows GDI boys in. Which is cool if your boyfriend is coming up to visit and you still want to party. They're big on giving out free alcohol and over all they're nice guys. They're not "frat boys" for sure though. There isn't any hot ones but they have a few that are cute because of their personality. Surprisingly they throw a party every weekend, they really aren't too terrible. It's a place you'd stop to pre-game at.
